JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead and manage the Technical team to ensure efficient project delivery, resource planning, and high team performance.
Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
Develop technical strategies, improve operational processes, and manage spare parts planning and inventory.
Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and continuous service improvement.
Collaborate with customers, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders by providing technical expertise and business solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in machinery servicing, repair, and industrial automation, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
Strong technical knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools; PLC troubleshooting/programming or AutoCAD experience is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with China-based suppliers.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and willing to travel with own transport.
