Company Overview

Our client is an Immigration Consultancy and Business Advisory Firm providing professional services in Singapore immigration applications, work pass applications, and company incorporation.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and review documents required for clients' applications.
• Monitor application progress and provide timely updates and professional advice to clients.
• Liaise with government agencies such as ICA, MOM, and ACRA regarding application matters.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the application process.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or higher qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration, or operations coordination.
• Able to communicate fluently in English for customer service, document preparation, and liaison with government agencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Singapore immigration services, work pass applications, or company incorporation will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

S$2,500 – S$3,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Working Hours

Monday – Friday
9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Rest Days: 8 days per month

Work Location ：City Hall (EW13), Singapore
