Job Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and monitoring project and capital expenditure (CAPEX) spending.
• Support the maintenance of fixed asset records and related documentation.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and reconciliations for monthly financial reporting.
• Support CAPEX budgeting exercises.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain information and resolve finance-related queries.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
• Participate in finance projects and process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a recognized professional accounting qualification. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and numerical skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
