HR Associate

We're expanding our team and looking for a motivated HR Associate to support our growing team and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace.

Salary: SGD $3,000 – $4,500/month

5-day work week

Office/Hybrid arrangement

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview arrangements.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll administration.
• Respond to employee enquiries and provide HR-related support.
• Assist with staff engagement activities and company events.
• Prepare HR reports, documents, and correspondence.
• Support the HR Manager with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are properly maintained.

We're Looking For:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Local/Private Degree holders are welcome.
• HR or administrative experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, responsible, and meticulous with details.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good time management and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
