Operations Supervisor– VR Entertainment Outlet

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Outlet Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our VR entertainment outlet in Genting Highlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the outlet.
• Lead, supervise, and manage outlet staff.
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience.
• Monitor daily sales, revenue, and outlet performance.
• Achieve sales targets and improve overall outlet performance.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure the outlet is clean, organised, and operating according to company standards.
• Monitor VR equipment and report technical or operational issues promptly.
• Manage basic inventory and outlet supplies.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational and sales reports.
• Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards are followed.
• Assist the management team with new outlet setup and future expansion.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in Retail, F&B, Hospitality, Entertainment, or a similar industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Able to work in Genting Highlands.

Language Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin and English are required.
• Mandarin is essential for communicating with our Mandarin-speaking customers and team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
