Overview:
Location: Changi Airport

Working Hours: Mon – Fri | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Benefit: AWS + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Enquiries & Bookings: Process airfreight bookings accurately and handle client queries.

Operations Coordination: Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, and internal operational teams for smooth shipment flows.

Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify shipping/regulatory documents.

Tracking & Updates: Monitor cargo movements proactively and provide accurate status updates to clients.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly.

Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in Airfreight / Freight Forwarding / Logistics is required.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Independent worker with good teamwork ethics and a positive attitude.
