Job Summary

You will lead and supervise M&E subcontractor works, ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications, and regulations. Collaborate with consultants, clients, and authorities to resolve technical issues and manage site materials and equipment efficiently.

Responsibilities

Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to monitor and report the progress of M&E works

Supervise subcontractors’ M&E activities to ensure adherence to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and local codes and regulations

Enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and project specifications throughout all works

Collaborate with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and clients on technical matters, shop drawing submissions, inspections, testing requirements, and commissioning processes

Identify, analyze, and resolve on-site M&E issues promptly to maintain project timelines and quality

Participate actively in technical and coordination meetings to align project objectives and resolve challenges

Plan and manage site materials and equipment delivery and storage to optimize usage and minimize waste

Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager and Project Director
