1. Card Processing Architecture & Lifecycle Design

• Design the end-to-end transaction lifecycle, including authorization, hold/freeze, clearing, refund, and chargeback/dispute processes.
• Define transaction state machines and accounting ledger rules to ensure strict financial ledger consistency.
• Plan multi-tier account structures (e.g., master accounts, sub-accounts, authorization vs. settlement balances).
• Support transaction specifications across multiple card networks (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, etc.).

2. Multi-BIN Sponsor Integration & Management

• Lead product and technical integrations with various BIN Sponsors and Issuer Banks.
• Establish a unified BIN integration framework, abstracting differentiated parameters (transaction limits, risk control, KYC, settlement cycles, etc.).
• Maintain compliance, clearing, and settlement requirements across multiple sponsors, ensuring unified processing logic.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Settlement teams to design multi-sponsor reconciliation and settlement workflows.

3. System Processing & Compliance Governance

• Architect interface models and integration patterns with card processing systems (e.g., Episode Six, Marqeta, or similar platforms).
• Ensure transaction processing complies with industry standards, including PCI-DSS, ISO 8583, and 3D Secure (3DS).
• Drive the systematic implementation of transaction logging, monitoring, and audit mechanisms.

4. Productization & Platform Evolution

• Abstract transaction and BIN management logic into standardized, modular API products.
• Scale the platform architecture to support multi-BIN, multi-currency, and multi-settlement node capabilities.
• Continuously track global card issuing and processing technology trends to optimize system performance and stability.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Fintech, or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management or system design, with at least 2 years focused on card issuing processing, accounting ledger, or clearing & settlement .
• Familiarity with modern card processing platforms such as Episode Six, Marqeta, or similar systems.
• Hands-on experience in integrating and managing multi-BIN Sponsors / Issuer Banks.
• Deep understanding of transaction lifecycles, accounting logic, and reconciliation mechanisms.
