Role Summary
The Quality Checker role is responsible for the accurate handling, labelling, and preparation of perfumes and cosmetics before distribution to retail outlets. This includes quality checking, repacking, and ensuring compliance with company and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, open perfume and cosmetic products as per company procedures.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products are undamaged and in sellable condition.
Repack items neatly for delivery to retail stores, ensuring luxury presentation is maintained.
Maintain cleanliness and organization.
Follow safety and hygiene standards while handling products.
Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor immediately.
Meet daily/weekly targets for decoding and repacking volumes.
Requirements
Minimum Secondary education (O Level or equivalent).
No need experience/Training will be provided.
Good attention to detail and ability to work with care on delicate/luxury products.
Sometimes may need to carry 4-5kg.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Basic literacy in English (reading product labels, following instructions).
