Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• More than 8 years’ M&E experience
• Autocad skills & computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel), Microsoft Project
• Possessing a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors & Work at Height Supervisor Certificate
• Leadership skills, pleasant personality, independent, resourceful, responsible, hardworking and able to lead a team
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines
• Locals/PRs preferred for local industry background

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Project Director/Project Manager in managing the projects from inception to end;
• To manage a project team (consisting project engineer, site supervisor, foremen) to meet the project requirements and deadline;
• To liaise with clients and consultants on projects and attend meetings;
• To co-ordinate sub-contract works;
• To assist in project engineering of mechanical and electrical systems;
• To assist in co-ordination and management of assigned projects / facilities;
• To assist in cost engineering for tender.
