JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and maintain the Global Supply Plan (GSP) to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and production capacity thru Build Planning and order management
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and procurement teams to gather demand forecasts, production capabilities, and material availability information.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize advanced planning tools and methodologies to create accurate and actionable supply plans.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, providing insights and recommendations on supply chain strategies.
• Manage inventory levels across various locations, ensuring optimal stock rotation and minimizing obsolescence.
• Support process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the GSP planning function.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to management.
