Position Title: Architect Lead (Data Centers)

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning, design review, and project delivery activities across multiple projects.
• Ensure design quality, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to project objectives.
• Review design changes, construction documentation, testing, and inspection outcomes.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement design standards, construction methodologies, and quality control processes.
• Support tendering activities, technical evaluations, and contractor selection.
• Oversee site planning and master planning to ensure functionality, operational efficiency, sustainability, and project deliverability.
• Drive effective stakeholder collaboration and resolve technical challenges to achieve project goals.

Key Requirements

• Degree or Master's in Architecture or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of architectural design and project delivery experience within industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of space planning, building regulations, and construction practices.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
