Your new role

Instead, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, driving talent and organisational priorities that support long-term growth and capability building. From developing future leaders and strengthening succession pipelines to enhancing organisational effectiveness and leadership capability, your impact will be felt across multiple countries, cultures, and leadership teams.


What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience leading Talent Management, Organisational Development, or Leadership Development initiatives at a regional level.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people strategies.
• Global mindset with experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
