Key Responsibilities

Assist with the installation, setup and deployment of security and cleaning robots at customer sites.

Configure and test robotic systems before deployment.

Conduct routine inspections, servicing and preventive maintenance.

Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, electronic and software-related issues.

Assist with robot mapping, navigation and system configuration.

Monitor robot performance and identify operational faults.

Carry out basic repairs, adjustments and replacement of components when required.

Assist engineers in testing and commissioning new robotic equipment.

Provide technical support to operations staff and customers.

Attend to site issues and provide timely technical assistance.

Maintain records of servicing, repairs, faults and maintenance activities.

Liaise with robot manufacturers and suppliers when technical support is required.

Ensure robots are maintained in a safe and operational condition.

Conduct basic user training and demonstrations for customers and operational staff.

Perform other technical duties assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
