岗位职责

Job Description
  • Provide strategic insights through horizon scanning, business analysis and evidence-based research to inform long-term strategic goals and frameworks.
  • Facilitate multi-year strategic planning cycle for the enterprise, surfacing opportunities, risk and alignment needs for senior leadership deliberation.
  • Coordinate the preparation and presentation of reports, position pieces, strategic insights and progress updates to support enterprise level planning.
  • Support senior leadership in strategy formulation through planning and facilitation of meetings, workshops and retreats.
  • Support with international engagements and enterprise-level study trips to keep abreast of aged-care trends in countries and to strengthen network building.
  • Strengthen AIC’s resource stewardship by developing enterprise-level prioritisation and resource allocation frameworks, in partnership with Finance and HR divisions.
  • Business partnering with divisions to advise on business-level strategies, initiatives and outcome measures in alignment with AIC’s strategic objectives
  • Develop briefs, talking points and thought pieces for AIC principals’ engagements on a rotational basis

Job Requirements
  • Recognised degree in any discipline, preference in Economics or Business Management
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in strategy and planning work. Experience in the health or social care sector will be an advantage.
  • Strong sense of intellectual curiosity: Having an awareness of the issues around the world with an ability to network and engage individuals to solicit insights.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and facilitate senior-level discussions.
  • Self-starter with intellectual humility who can flex as an individual contributor, a peer leader, team player and a manager.
  • Highly organised to manage multiple priorities and projects consecutively.
  • Genuine and passionate on improving lives of seniors and caregivers in Singapore
