Employment Highlights
Basic salary:
From $2,200
Team-based monthly commission:
Average
$300 – $500
, with higher earnings of
up to $700 – $800 during peak periods
Variable Bonus

Annual leave: 10 days
Opportunity to gain exposure across different store locations for cross-training and business support
Working Hours
5-day work week
44 hours per week
Retail hours scheduled within 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Engage customers on the sales floor and understand their needs before recommending suitable products
Deliver professional customer service while supporting upselling and cross-selling efforts to achieve sales targets
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and display arrangement
Support cashiering duties as required
Assist with store housekeeping and day-to-day retail operations
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Customer-oriented with an interest in the retail industry
Able to work retail shifts, including scheduled hours within store operating times
Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is an advantage
Additional Information
Retail Associates may be deployed to nearby stores from time to time for cross-training or to support business needs
This role is open to candidates who do not require work pass sponsorship
