Pteris Global Limited is one of the world's leading engineering companies specializing in the design and build of airport logistics systems such as airport baggage handling systems, air cargo handling systems, in-flight catering systems and parcel handling systems. In line with our expansion program, we are inviting qualified candidates to join us as:
PLC ENGINEER (AUTOMATION)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in control system requirement analysis.
- Involved in drafting of functional specifications and detailed design specification.
- Perform design and development of PLC software and interfaces.
- Perform system integration, testing and commissioning of advanced control systems for material handling systems such as airport baggage handling, in-flight catering and air cargo handling systems.
- Provide technical support to installed system.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor/ Master Degree in Automation/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience required.
- Knowledge in the field of Industrial Automation or similar field.
- Knowledge of PLC programming tools such as Siemens S************* S*************, AB RSLogix5000 or Omron CX Programmer will be advantage.
- Dynamic team player with interpersonal skills.
- Articulate in communication (English) and with good writing skills.
- Willing to travel and work on overseas projects.
