Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development.
• Drive culture development, learning & development (L&D), and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide HR advisory on employee relations, performance management, and organizational changes.
• Manage HR policies, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide insights through HR analytics to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with regional/global HR teams on HR programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 of HR experience, with proven HRBP / HR Manager experience.
• Experience in Data Centre, Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, or MNC environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and HR best practices.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, with the ability to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be able to work in Cyberjaya
