Position: Operation Executive
Company: TT Freight & Logistics
Location: Kluang, Johor
Language Requirement: Mandarin Speaker Only (Required for China market dealings)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and admin teams.
• Prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure SOP compliance.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transporters for timely delivery.
• Identify and solve operational issues, improving efficiency.

Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
• No experience required — SPM and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in operations/logistics will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Must be a Mandarin speaker to liaise with China-based partners.
• Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Monday to Friday: 9.00 am – 6.00 pm
• Saturday: 9.00 am – 3.00 pm
