About the role:

We are looking for a responsible and results-driven Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily business operations, staff performance, sales achievement, inventory control and overall operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with retail outlets, warehouse and related departments to ensure smooth operations, SOP compliance and achievement of company targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations and ensure SOP compliance.
• Supervise, coach and monitor staff performance.
• Monitor sales targets, KPIs and overall outlet performance.
• Monitor stock, inventory and store standards.
• Handle operational issues and customer complaints.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and operations reports.
• Analyze sales, KPI and operational performance data.
• Identify trends, performance gaps and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational matters.
• Support the Operations Manager in achieving sales, productivity and cost-control targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Retail Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations, retail, sales or supervisory roles.
• Experience in retail, wholesale, mobile accessories or similar industries is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication and staff management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with AutoCount, POS, inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
