We are seeking a experienced Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Application Consultant to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle GTM solutions for international trade and customs compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with business, logistics, supply chain, finance, customs, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve regulatory compliance, trade visibility, duty optimisation, and cross-border operational efficiency.

This role is intended for a senior professional-level hire who can independently advise clients, lead functional workstreams, and contribute specialist Oracle GTM expertise to complex regional or global transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

-->Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Oracle GTM implementations, including discovery, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support.

-->Act as the functional subject-matter expert for Oracle GTM capabilities, including:

• Trade transaction management
• Restricted party, sanctions, and embargo screening
• Product classification for import and export
• Export controls, licences, permits, and licence determination
• Trade compliance rules, controls, holds, and exception management
• Landed-cost simulation and duty management
• Free trade agreement qualification and country-of-origin management
• Supplier solicitation and certificate management
• Customs management, declarations, and documentation
• Trade incentive programmes, including duty drawback, bonded warehouses, and free-trade zones
• Oracle Global Trade Intelligence, dashboards, and reporting

-->Analyse trade-compliance and cross-border business processes; recommend Oracle GTM best-practice solutions to reduce compliance risk, improve auditability, and optimise duties and landed costs.

-->Conduct workshops with stakeholders to document business requirements, process maps, configuration workbooks, functional design specifications, and test scenarios.

-->Configure GTM master data, trade regulations, restricted-party screening, product classifications, licence rules, trade controls, parties, trade agreements, customs processes, and document templates.

-->Design and support transaction flows between Oracle GTM and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, ERP, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Product Management, Logistics, Transportation Management, and external systems.

-->Partner with technical consultants to define integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, FBDI, web services, EDI, customs broker interfaces, and third-party regulatory-content providers.

-->Support data migration and data-quality activities for parties, items, classifications, trade regulations, licences, certificates, customs data, and open trade transactions.

-->Develop and execute functional test plans, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect triage, and resolution.

-->Provide production support, root-cause analysis, user training, process documentation, and continuous-improvement recommendations.

-->Be prepared to travel for client workshops, project delivery, testing, and go-live support, as business requirements demand.

Requirements:

• At least 7–10 years of ERP, supply chain, logistics, trade compliance, or enterprise application consulting experience.
• At least 4–5 years of hands-on Oracle Global Trade Management experience, preferably in Oracle Fusion Cloud GTM.
• Strong functional knowledge of import/export compliance, customs procedures, tariff classification, trade agreements, country of origin, denied-party screening, export controls, licences, permits, and customs documentation.
• Experience configuring Oracle GTM trade compliance, customs management, product classification, restricted-party screening, licence management, trade agreements, landed cost, and reporting.
• Experience integrating Oracle GTM with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM or ERP applications, Oracle Transportation Management, external customs brokers, freight forwarders, EDI platforms, and other third-party applications.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, web services, FBDI, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle reporting tools.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process design, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and production support.
• Ability to translate complex trade, customs, and regulatory requirements into practical and scalable Oracle GTM solution designs.
• Excellent stakeholder-management, communication, presentation, documentation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
