About Koocester

Koocester Group is a luxury lifestyle media company covering homes, business, food, autos and wealth. We bring audiences, brands and communities together through content and experiences.

We are looking for an Events Executive who can turn an event brief into a well-organised experience. You will work closely with our marketing, sales and content teams, taking ownership of the details from planning through event-day delivery and follow-up.

What you will do

Plan and coordinate networking sessions, brand activations, community gatherings, workshops and other Koocester events.

Build event timelines, checklists, budgets and run-of-show documents, with clear responsibilities and deadlines.

Source venues and suppliers, compare quotations, negotiate costs and coordinate bookings within approved budgets.

Coordinate speakers, hosts, guests, sponsors, vendors and event crew.

Work with marketing on event listings, promotional materials, registration and attendee communications.

Coordinate agreed sponsor deliverables with the commercial team, including branding, guest arrangements and event visibility.

Manage registration, setup, rehearsals, programme flow, troubleshooting and teardown.

Track expenditure, invoices and outstanding items, escalating changes before they affect the budget or delivery.

Prepare post-event reports covering attendance, expenditure, feedback, sponsor fulfilment and improvements.

Maintain organised event records and ensure relevant attendee follow-up reaches the responsible team.

What we are looking for

Practical experience planning and delivering events, with clear examples of your personal responsibilities.

Strong organisation and follow-through across multiple deadlines.

Confidence communicating with suppliers, clients, partners and attendees.

Comfort working with quotations, budgets, spreadsheets and project trackers.

Resourcefulness when plans change, with sound judgement about when to act and when to escalate.

Ability to work independently in a small, growing team and contribute directly on event days.

Availability to support scheduled evening or weekend events.

Experience with brand activations, networking events, lifestyle communities or exhibitions is useful.

What success looks like

Events run to the agreed plan and budget. Guests and partners receive a professional experience. Risks surface early, records stay accurate, and each event produces clear learning and follow-up.
