We are seeking a

Business Support Executive

to provide comprehensive support to senior management, with a strong focus on

budget reporting, management updates, and business operations support

. This role goes beyond traditional administrative work — you will be actively involved in preparing business reports, coordinating management updates, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

Prepare budget reports, tracking expenses, and compiling updates for management.

Coordinate executive meetings, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-ups.

Manage schedules, correspondence, and preparing briefing decks for senior management.

Maintain documentation and reporting systems to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Proven experience in

business/management support

in the

Construction/Engineering sector.

Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience preparing reports and presentations.

Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
