Responsibilities:
Formulate, review and administer HR policies and procedures

Manage recruitment activities including advertisement, coordinating interview, preparing letter of employment and conduct staff orientation

Administer HR documentation such as Letters of Employment, Staff Transfers, Salary Adjustments, and updates to Staff Leave and Medical records.

Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for work pass-related matters.

Process commission and payroll, ensure timely payment, and manage related queries.

Prepare IR8A forms and submit electronically to government ministries.

Update Employee Benefits Policy and organize company events.

Oversee the management of office equipment, computers, motor vehicles, and stationery supplies.

Monitor ongoing office/staff insurance policies and ensure timely renewal of tenancy agreements.

Ensure smooth operation of overall office activities and administrative functions.

Perform any additional projects or duties as required

Requirements:
At least 2 years' related experience in a similar capacity

Knowledge of local labor legislations, Employment and Act

Possess a strong commitment in confidentiality and discretion

Possess a pro-active work attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of staff

Mature and independent

Around 3-4 days a week, with additional days available when needed
