Laundry Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the laundry facility to ensure smooth, efficient and timely operations.

Maintain and implement appropriate company policies, procedures and operational controls.

Supervise and coordinate the Operations team to ensure productivity, service quality and compliance with company standards.

Monitor daily workflow, manpower deployment and operational requirements.

Work closely with the Operations team and other departments to resolve operational issues and support business needs.

Ensure proper handling, processing and delivery of laundry according to established procedures and quality standards.

Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Provide guidance, supervision and support to team members.

Perform any other operational duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements & Qualities

Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.

Able to work independently and handle operational responsibilities effectively.

Willing to learn and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferably with at least

3 years of relevant experience in the laundry industry

Able to work

night shifts and split shifts

.

Able to work on

Public Holidays

when required.

Willing to work additional hours when operational requirements arise.

Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
