Job descriptions:

Job requirements:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Mechatronic Technology or a related field.
• 5-10 years leadership experiences in manufacturing sector or senior executive role, gained from working your way up the corporate ladder through various roles and jobs.
• Deep understanding of machinery and parts manufacturing processes, technologies, and market dynamics.
• Excellence leadership, change management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes.
