Job Summary

Support supervisors by reading blueprints, assisting with structural design and installation, assessing woodwork quality, operating tools and equipment safely, and delivering excellent customer service in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction and installation tasks accurately
• Assist supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation to ensure project completion
• Assess the quality of woodwork and materials to maintain high standards
• Operate tools, machines, and equipment safely and effectively to support construction activities
• Comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries professionally
• Stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as climbing, pulling, and lifting heavy objects to support site operations
