Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
Maintains the various operations of the cold room, Ice plant, various processing units , the boiler and all manufacturing machineries.
Provide periodic maintenance to these plant, machineries and equipment.
Follow and record all service maintenance schedules and make request for the replacement and spare parts .
Execute daily ice production and defrosting duties.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical engineering .
Experience in plant maintenance in similar capacities for at least 2 years.
Willing to be hands on in doing overhauling, repair and maintenance to any related machineries found in the plant.
