Engineer/Manager, Electrical Installation & Service

The Job Description

* Familiar with costing of materials, equipment labor cost for preparation of tender submission

* Lead and manage electrical installation, maintenance, and service operations at site to ensure efficient project delivery.

* Oversee electrical projects from planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.

* Manage service teams to provide timely maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair support to customers.

* Ensure all works comply with statutory regulations, electrical standards, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

* Costing and budget preparation for tender and project submission

* Manage electrical installation and service projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality requirements.

* Lead, train, and supervise electricians, chargemen, technicians, and subcontractors.

* Build strong customer relationships, resolve technical issues, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

* Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or service management within industrial or commercial environments.

* Strong leadership, project management, troubleshooting, and customer relationship management skills.

* Possess a valid Chargeman, Wireman, or other relevant electrical competency certification is an added advantage.

* Must possess own transport and willing to travel when require within Malaysia

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
