An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive to join the dynamic team at JOB ELITE TT AGENCY' in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in the Accounting and Bookkeeping operations of the business, supporting its growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounts for clients
• Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding to their inquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of accounting services
• Staying up-to-date with relevant accounting regulations, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

• Relevant accounting or bookkeeping qualifications, such as a degree in Accounting or a professional accounting certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar account executive or bookkeeping role
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and stakeholders
• A proactive and customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
