Job Responsibilities:-

• Use software tools to craft compelling advertising articles and posts.
• Manage and update social media accounts such as Job Channel, Facebook, Douyin, XHS, TikTok, Job advertising and other platforms.
• Communicate effectively with candidates to understand their qualifications and match them to job requirements
• Coordinate and arrange interview candidate with employer.
• Prepare candidate agreements and employment documentation
• Other ad-hoc as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:-

• Minimum degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• HR recruitment experience is an advantage
• Organized and detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
