Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. As a
Retail Assistant
, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and creating a pleasant shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and professional service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs
Maintain adequate stock levels by replenishing and organizing inventory regularly.
Handle cashier duties and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist with store display changes and visual merchandising setup to maintain an attractive and well-presented store.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including general housekeeping duties.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or ITE qualification.
No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Willing to work on
3 rotating shifts
Able to work
5.5 days a week
, including
weekends and Public Holidays
Outgoing, presentable, and customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
