Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the receipt, storage, control, and issuance of materials, spare parts, tools, equipment, and other inventory items. Ensures accurate stock records, proper storage conditions, and timely availability of materials to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment against delivery orders and purchase documents.
- Check quantities, specifications, and physical condition of received items.
- Properly label, categorize, and store materials in designated locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movement in the system or stock register.
- Issue materials, tools, and spare parts to authorized personnel based on approved requests.
- Monitor stock levels and identify items requiring replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts.
- Investigate and report discrepancies, damaged items, or missing stock.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, organization, and safety within the store area.
- Ensure materials are stored according to their specific requirements and manufacturer recommendations.
- Control and record the movement of tools, equipment, and company assets.
- Prepare stock reports, inventory records, and other store-related documentation.
- Coordinate with purchasing, maintenance, operations, and suppliers regarding material requirements and deliveries.
- Ensure obsolete, expired, or damaged materials are properly identified and disposed of according to company procedures.
- Follow company policies, safety requirements, and inventory control procedures at all times.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
