岗位职责

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage program activities to ensure departmental objectives and customer requirements are achieved.
Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product launches according to project requirements and timelines.
Monitor and track program progress, including changes, priorities, risks, and action plans, to achieve project goals.
Provide guidance and support to the program team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Manage customer-related business risks, including claims, write-offs, and commercial issues.
Analyze customer forecasts and waterfall charts to support capacity and business planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any equivalent field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in program management, project management, customer management, or a related field.
Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or EMS industry will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in Senai, Johor.
