Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's business development and growth strategy.
• Monitor market developments, competitors,industry trends and changes in client requirements.
• Recommend how the company should respond and remain competitive.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, services and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, industry partners and other key stakeholders.
• Evaluate opportunities based on commercial potential, profitability, operational capability and risk.
• Work closely with operations, finance, IT and other departments to develop practical and competitive solutions.
• Keep management updated on the opportunity pipeline, market intelligence and recommended actions.
