Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and food quality standards.
Plan and prepare ingredients required for daily kitchen operations.
Ensure all food is prepared with consistent taste, quality and presentation.
Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to ensure proper hygiene and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment and work areas.
Check food ingredients and supplies to ensure freshness and sufficient stock.
Assist in menu preparation and recommend improvements to dishes when required.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements at all times.
We are a licensed employment agency specializing in foreign manpower recruitment. We are MOM-Licensed, and we have a Comprehensive Licence (non-FDW) allowing us to place Local Workers or Foreign Workers.
