Position : Sales Specialist

Salary : RM 3,500 – RM 5,000

Location : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong

Working Days : 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and solution-based selling. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, developing sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions
• Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and site visits to generate business opportunities
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation to support deal closure
• Manage and follow up on sales leads, opportunities, and customer enquiries
• Monitor sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and collection status to ensure business targets are achieved
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to improve sales effectiveness and business growth
• Perform other sales and business development activities as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Experience in System Integration (SI), POS, ICT, or technology-related industries is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
