Responsibilities:

• Maintain organization of project documents and ensure timely submissions.

• Assist the Project Manager in managing schedules, reports, and meetings.

• Coordinate efficiently between teams, consultants, and site staff.

• Handle public feedback and support liaison with relevant authorities.

• Prepare monthly workers' reports and address staff welfare matters.

• Assist with document tracking and maintain project organization.

• Follow up on purchase requests with the operations team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in construction administration or site-based roles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
