Job Description:

• Ensuring all outlets run with stable and reliable systems including Xilnex POS system
• Supporting daily operations with minimal downtime
• Managing IT infrastructure for new and existing outlets
• Acting as the first responder for all system-related issues
• Monitoring outlet CCTV daily and flagging operational anomalies to the operations team
• Auditing outlet POS operation reports to identify discrepancies and protect company integrity
• Managing and maintaining the company’s official website

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
