Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Reception: Welcome customers enthusiastically, complete standardized vehicle inspections, and quickly issue service orders.
• Progress Tracking: Coordinate with technicians, provide real-time status updates to vehicle owners, and ensure timely completion.
• Handover & Settlement: Assist customers with vehicle inspection upon completion, process payments, and explain maintenance precautions.
• Customer Care: Maintain customer records, conduct post-service follow-ups, send maintenance reminders, and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (able to use as working languages).
• Tech Skills: Proficient in basic office software and general computer operation.
• Experience: Prior relevant experience in the same industry is an added advantage.
