We are expanding our operations team at Toll Group’s state-of-the-art facility in Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas and actively looking for energetic, eager-to-learn Fresh Graduates to join us as Logistics Assistants.

No prior warehouse experience? No problem! We provide structured guidance, hands-on training, and strong mentorship to help you build a solid foundation in end-to-end supply chain operations across both Inbound and Outbound functions.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Logistics & Receiving:

• Execute receipt verification of incoming shipments, inspecting freight condition and validating physical counts against delivery documentation (Goods Received Notes / Packing Slips).
• Safely unload, stage, and perform systemic put-away processes to optimize designated storage and bin locations using material handling equipment (MHE) where applicable.

Outbound Logistics & Order Fulfillment:

• Accurately pick, inspect, and consolidate customer orders in accordance with picking lists and operational schedules.
• Pack, label, and unitize outgoing shipments to ensure cargo integrity during transit, following customer-specific packing guidelines and compliance standards.

Inventory Management & Audit:

• Conduct routine cycle counts and physical stock audits to maintain high inventory accuracy across storage zones.
• Identify, log, and escalate any inventory variances, damaged stock, or documentation discrepancies to supervisors for immediate resolution.
