Position Description

Achieve sales through

Interact with customers
Sell products and services
Handle after-retail sales services
Close sales, according to cash handling procedure
Provide advice on products and services
Conduct product demonstration
Document sales transactions

Deliver service excellence through

Respond to service challenges
Provide Go-the-Extra-Mile services
Work in a diverse service environment
Implement operations for service excellence over multiple customer touch points
Deliver customer service over multiple communication platforms

Deliver operations excellence
Perform stock control operations
Apply security and workplace emergency procedures
Follow food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures
Follow workplace safety and health policies and procedures
Follow Halal policies & procedures
Handle merchandise display
Handle operations of promotions and/or events
Perform outlet housekeeping / maintenance standard

Deliver product quality standard thru
Monitor product shelf life. Discard products that have expired, and make the necessary records.
Perform daily equipment checks to ensure in working condition. Eg Temperature
Perform good inspection upon delivery.

Position Requirements

In order to function well, this position requires:

Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level
No experience requires as training will be provided.
Candidates who do not have the academic qualifications but possess at least 1 year relevant work experience may apply.
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
