Job Scope

Managing of front desk receptionist duties

Attending to walk-in guest enquiries and guiding guestto allocated meeting rooms

Answering & Transferring of Phone Calls to relevant recipients

Assist in Document Management & Handling including Courier Services arrangement

Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned

Requirements

Diploma Qualification or Above

1Years of Receptionist Working Experience

Able to start in End September 2026

Possess Bubbly Character and Portrait Professional Image
