Main Responsibilities

• Report to the Head Chef
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation
• Ensure the kitchen section is fully equipped and take responsibility for maintaining cleanliness
• Support the management of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Work proactively and collaboratively within the team
• Assist in monthly stock takes
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
• Follow the company’s standard operating procedures
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Relevant work experience is an advantage
• Strong adherence to hygiene and safety standards
• Able to perform tasks efficiently and competently
• Capable of following instructions accurately
