What You'll Be Doing

• Carry out assigned production processes according to SOPs and supervisor instructions.
• Monitor production activities and report any process, quality, safety, or documentation discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement and workplace efficiency activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures at all times.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Secondary or equivalent qualification and above.
• Experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable wearing a cleanroom jumpsuit during working hours.
• Able to perform duties that may require standing for extended periods.
• Willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to follow SOPs and work instructions.

Working Hours

12-hour rotating shifts:

• Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:30 AM
• 4 days work, 3 days off
• Rotation between day and night shifts
• Current rotation arrangement: approximately 3 months day shift followed by 3 months night shift
• Overtime may be available depending on operational requirements
