About the role
We are looking for a
Process Engineer (PCBA)
to support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities. This role is suitable for early-career engineers who are eager to gain hands-on experience in board bring-up, validation, and manufacturing support. You will work closely with experienced engineers across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Support board bring-up, prototype testing, and validation activities during NPI
Assist in debugging hardware issues under guidance from senior engineers
Work with cross-functional teams including mechanical, firmware, software, manufacturing, and quality
Support preparation of engineering documentation such as test reports and validation records
Assist in identifying basic EMI/EMC/ESD issues during testing and validation
Support manufacturing activities including prototype builds and production ramp-up
Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related discipline
1-3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Basic understanding of electronics and PCBA concepts
Exposure to test equipment such as oscilloscope, multimeter, or logic analyser is an advantage
Experience with OrCAD or other EDA tools is a plus
Strong willingness to learn and develop hands-on technical skills
Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
Able to work in a team environment
