We are looking for a friendly, confident and motivated Customer Assistant to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

• Interact and communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Introduce and explain products, promotions and ongoing campaigns.
• Assist customers in choosing suitable products according to their needs.
• Handle basic sales activities and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in promotional booths, events, roadshows and marketing activities.
• Ensure products are well arranged and the working area is clean and presentable.
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily goals.
• Attend company training and participate in team activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
