IT Business Analyst (Immediate Joiner)

An established technology solutions provider delivering software development projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to strengthen their project delivery team.

Your new role

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business users, clients, and internal project teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.

• Gathering and analysing business and user requirements
• Conducting functional analysis and business process mapping
• Translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Producing user stories, process flows, and software documentation
• Managing communication with clients and project stakeholders
• Participating throughout the SDLC, including analysis, design, implementation, and post-go-live support
• Planning and executing user training, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• Coordinating project sprints and scrum sessions
• Responding to user requests and resolving issues following system implementation
• Supporting project teams to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working within software development projects, ideally in a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or related capacity
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with business process management, UML diagrams, and user stories
• An understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong written and spoken English
• The ability to communicate professionally in Mandarin is a plus but not a requirement
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider project team
• Strong attention to detail and general business knowledge
• The flexibility to travel to client locations for workshops, sprint reviews, deployment, or support when required

Experience with Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, software development, technical project environments, or IT project management would be advantageous. Candidates with approximately two to three years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
