Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve milk tea, fruit tea and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and hygienic work environment at all times.
• Handle daily opening and closing duties, including preparation, cleaning and restocking.
• Operate the POS system and handle customer orders and payments accurately.
• Ensure food, beverage and workplace hygiene standards are strictly followed.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Assist with inventory checks and replenishment when required.
• Follow company SOPs and instructions from supervisors and management.

• Willing to Learn – No prior barista experience is necessary; training will be provided.
