Job Description:

• Support for use of the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
• Troubleshooting for PCs, mobile devices, meeting room equipment, networks, etc.
• Onboarding/offboarding support.
• IT asset and inventory management.
• Issue management and coordination among JGES, ICT, GM IT, ITSS, and external vendors.
• IT operations improvement and support for various IT projects.

Requirements:

• Years of experience required: 3-5 years.
